Refund Policy

Plain (un-branded) purchased samples will be replaced or fully refunded, if you receive a defective or broken item. The purchaser should return the item to us as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if you have a problem in this regard.

Branded goods, where the goods have met the agreed specification are non-refundable unless goods have been delivered damaged or are deemed to be faulty. In accordance with our terms and conditions, claims regarding damage, short delivery, non-delivery or quality of work cannot be entertained unless confirmed in writing by recorded delivery within seven days of the delivery date
